  • Buying my KIA optima from Dick Hannah, and having Lucas work with me through the process was incredibly easy and professional. Very positive experience with the finance team also! They went the extra mile to help me get what I wanted. Highly-qualified team of people who have your best interest in mind.
  • One of my least favorite things to do is go to a car dealership. I am busy and don’t have a lot of extra time. This was the quickest, nicest, and smoothest experience I have had with dick Hannah. Lucas Davidson was very knowledgeable and gave me a few options to think about. If I ever need to buy another car I will definitely come back.
  • We actually wanted to buy a different brand car but weren’t satisfied with the service at a different car dealership and decided spontaneously to drop by Dick Hannah’s Kia dealership. What a great decision! AJ is a wonderful, very friendly and competent salesman. It was very busy when we came in but he really went out of his way to make the process as easy, fast and comfortable as possible for us. The pricing and the service at the car dealership are great, and the service is really excellent! We didn’t expect to, but left with the perfect car for us. I’d strongly recommend AJ at Dick Hannah’s Kia dealership to anyone who wants to have a pleasant experience when purchasing a new car!

He was knowledgeable, listened, courteous, genuine and made us feel like he only wanted the best for us. His positive attitude and sincere desire to make sure we get what we wanted was unsurpassed. From the moment you enter the service department until you pick up your car to leave everyone, starting with Kim to the guys that wash your car, have a smile and treat you like they really care about you and your problem.

  • Your KIA team was very pleasant to work with. Honda's service was on a wait time so they sent told me I could go to any other DH service if I did not wish to wait. I went to KIA and they were very professional. They even offered a car wash...which is the first time in the last 9 nine years we have been offered a complimentary car wash at the dealership. Honda gives us a Kaddy Car wash card which is wonderful as well! Thank you!
  • As always when I brought my Kia in for service I was treated very good, I was greeted as soon as I was out of my car. The service work was done even sooner than promised and a great job was done! Even though I live within 10 miles of another Kia dealership I will always return to where mine was bought and all of the associates are great! Thanks!
  • Devin and his team were very helpful as always. I was accommodated with a loaner car from Enterprise while my car was being serviced, which helped me continue on with my daily responsibilities until my car was ready for pick-up. This was a huge gesture which further reinforces in my mind why I'll continue doing business with Dick Hannah Kia.
  • Tara was GENUINELY warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable working with her. She checked to see if there were any other recalls for my car and there was. She was able to have it taken care of at the same time. The only negative experience I had was that I was getting a spare key made and the tech cut the ONLY key in stock wrong. It wasn't a big deal to me since we only got 1 key when we purchased the car there a year ago. I think when selling a used car that only has 1 key, the dealership should automatically create a second key for the buyer. THAT would show that you truly care about the customer more than making that extra few dollars on selling a key, especially since the customer is already shelling out $20,000 or more.
    Once again, a hat tip to Tara for excellent service.

  • We live two and a half hours from your dealership. We had a 2011 Sorento which we purchased from another dealership and took it to be serviced there but we were unhappy with their personnel. We purchased our 2013 Sorento from your dealership and decided to have you perform the 7500 mile service. There are several Kia dealerships which are closer to us. We were met by your service associate, Ms. Lampson, who immediately impressed us with her welcoming smile and eagerness to assist us. We loved the fact the during the service, she informed us that they had encountered a small mechanical problem and took the time to explain the corrective measures. In addition, we informed her that there was a slight flaw in one of the mag wheels and she addressed the issue in a positive manner, one that would correct it. All in all, we were very pleased with Ms. Lampson and because of her, we will continue to have our vehicle at your location.
