This is my 2nd car with this dealership! I went in for a service visit and got a new car! I was treated very well! The salespeople were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable!! I appreciated all the time and effort my salesman put on and all of his help!! He went above his duties to make sure all went the best fore!!

GREAT!!!!! We were not even going to get down from the truck we were just going to drive through.and look at the cars when we seen Bob and decided to talk to him. He was truly the selling point on this car. He stayed with us through the whole process. Didn't leave our side once and that made such a huge difference! We had been looking at cars all day and every dealership we dealt with they kept switching people on us, for example, one guy would show us the car, then one would test drive with us, then 2-3 more would try and deal with us in the office. It was a nightmare. Bob and Berry were great! No bs, no surprises, truly up front and honest men. They even stayed open late to close the deal so we could drive the car home that night and Bob stayed even later to go over the important features for the car. They really went above and beyond what we expected. Then the next day was Sunday, fathers day, and Bob took the time out of his Sunday, and a holiday to boot to call us and make sure we were doing ok with

Dick Hannah Kia I just arrived home after purchasing my brand new 2014 Kia Soul. A car that I have been interested for a few months. My first intention was to get a brochure and look at a couple of styles that the Soul has to offer and think about it for a couple of days. My saleperson Carey Hicks showed me various options from the basic to the premium model which I had an opportunity to test drive which I first was reluctant but glad I did . The Soul was exactly what I was looking for. After we got back from our test drive, I told Carey what I am looking for in a new Soul. First the color choice was white and that it had alloy wheels. Carey took me all over the lot to show me my options. Fortunately, due to their Memorial Day Sale, I found the one I wanted which the price marked down quite significantly. Carey took me back to the office and I filled out some paperwork. My biggest concern was to make my monthly payment as minimal as possible. I had a great experience with Bob Snyder of Dick Hannah Kia. I would recommend talking to Bob Snyder. I contacted Bob via telephone and he verified his available stock to the color I want by physically going to that car to verify stock numbers and trims. He also did his homework and researched everything about the Kia Soul and the changes from the older models. He was always courteous and friendly and I talked to him for several days before actually physically meeting him. He was always courteous and friendly. The application for finance really didn't take that long. This was my first new car purchase. He explained everything thoroughly. I am very pleased with the Yellow Kia Soul and the trim I got. I am also pleased with the Dick Hannah location. It was easy to find, easy to get in and out of and all the staff was friendly. Over the past 20 or so years we have bought our fair share if not more of new vehicles. I will say that Dick Hannah Kia is probably one of the best out there....Between sales and finance the experience was more than wonderful. Absolutely no pressure from anyone, the car I picked was the one I got, not the "you can't do this one because".....We were treated so good that we will indeed recommend them to anyone of our friends and relatives when they are looking to purchase a new vehicle.
