Due to a reserved vehicle arriving more than two weeks early (YAY!) my visit to finalize things was a little unexpected but everything went pretty smoothly. It was a busy Saturday afternoon so the back and forth between me, the salesman, and the sales manger was kind of lengthy but overall not terrible. Anthony made the whole process of buying a car for my daughter's birthday very easy. I am over 2000 miles away in Louisiana and found the exact car we were looking for at Dick Hannah in Vancouver. Excellent Dealership! From the moment I walked in through their doors to when they were putting the temporary tags on my truck, the process is exactly what I hoped for. They knew their trucks inside and out, the warranties, the financial process inside and out, and really were patient and courteous the entire time. If/when my business needs another vehicle, it’s reassuring to know I have a place to go now.
The sale and finance service was great but the vehicle maintenance should have been up to date. The check engine light came on in 1 day and I spent $1500.
They weren't too pushy. The salesperson we worked with was very informative and patient with our very young children that were with us. Good experience I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Just received a phone call from Alex Bassett the service dept director at Dick Hannah Kia. I had called earlier expressing a concern about service being done on my Kia Forte. He spend the time explaining what diagnostic work had been done on the car and what the problems could be. He was very understanding and patient while listening to my concerns. This response is not what I received from the service manager. Dick Hannah Kia Dealerships is fortunate to have him as Director of this dept. Definitely 5 stars or him ***** THANKS *******

Purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Dick Hannah Kia. Was purchasing from out of state and the process went fairly smooth. Lucas was good about answering my questions and sending me some photos ahead of time. There was some replacement parts the dealership was waiting was on to come in and install that took longer than expected that drew the process out a bit, but once it was "ready" I felt an incredible amount of pressure to get there as quickly as I could as they were only going to hold the car for me for a day. ...

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a dealership so far after numerous car purchases. Anthony was my salesman and made me feel comfortable, listened to, and not pushed into something I didn’t want. Once I signed finance paperwork I usually get haggled to purchase additional packages, have even huffed and puffed with if I didn’t want something, and I felt absolutely no pressure by this dealership which speaks volumes.
