Up to $7,500 Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program (OCVRP) rebate available to qualifying applicants on eligible vehicles, subject to all program eligibility requirements, terms, conditions, limitations, and available funding. Standard Rebate provides $2,000 on eligible new battery electric vehicles. Charge Ahead Rebate provides up to $7,500 on eligible new battery electric vehicles and is subject to household income and other eligibility requirements. Applicants may receive either the Standard Rebate or the Charge Ahead Rebate; rebates cannot be combined. Vehicle must be purchased or leased August 25–November 4, 2026, and must appear on the Oregon DEQ Eligible Vehicle List at the time of purchase or lease. Applicant and vehicle must meet all applicable OCVRP requirements, including Oregon residency and registration requirements, rebate limits, vehicle eligibility requirements, and application requirements. Additional requirements apply to Charge Ahead applicants. Rebate funding is limited and availability is not guaranteed; applicants may be placed on a waitlist if available funds are depleted.
